Please enter the number on your Deposit Protection Certificate. This should start with DPC and then have numbers (
for example DPC12345678).
You will then be able to raise a new claim or continue with one that you have previously started.

We're moving mydeposits insured-backed members onto the Total Property platform
To get ready for the transition onto the new platform, the current mydeposits insured-backed member portal will be unavailable from 2pm Friday 24 July 2026 to Monday 27 July.
